Departure Information

Check-Out Process

Upon departure:

  • Trash – Please gather all trash & place in the proper receptacles. If more space is needed, there are additional receptacles located in outside hallways, in pool areas, beach areas and at either end of the property.
  • Linens – Please leave linens on the bed, do not remove.
  • Dishes – Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start. All clean dishes, please place back in the appropriate locations.
  • Please be sure all furniture is in its original placement.
  • Please leave all fans on.
  • Log out of all Netflix and other apps.
  • TV’s – Please be sure that all TVs are in cable mode, that none of the plugs must be hooked up in the exact same way there were upon arrival.
  • Make sure all doors are closed properly.

Please follow these instructions to avoid any extra cleaning charges.

Please go through the home to make sure no personal items were left behind, as we will not be responsible for them. 

Check-Out Time

Check out time is strictly at 11am as we have guests arriving the next day and the cleaners need to prepare for those guests.
