About Captain Phil Ruhd
Capt. Phil has been fishing the coastal bend since he was a young boy with his dad and brothers. Since then, he has spent every moment he could with a rod in his hand. He was teaching people how to fish long before he was a fishing guide, and always knew someday this would be his career. From the bays to the beach, to the jetty’s, to offshore, Capt. Phil has done it all and now calls the upper Laguna Madre and Baffin bay his home waters. Capt. Phil always makes sure all his guests are well taken care of and keeps everyone smiling and laughing all day. Expect to catch trout, reds drum and flounder.
